1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Rexa AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Rexa is a browser extension that provides an AI assistant in a sidebar — including chat, document Q&A, web search, summaries, instant replies, voice calls, and an automation agent. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Your account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate the terms of websites you use it on.
• Generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Automate actions in ways that violate a third-party site's terms, or that are abusive, deceptive, or high-volume.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are responsible for how you use the automation agent and for reviewing its actions — especially before confirming submissions, purchases, or other consequential steps.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (prompts, files, selections). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service — for example, sending it to AI providers to generate your response. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

6. AI-generated output

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything important before relying on it.
• Output is provided “as is” and is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
• You are responsible for how you use generated content, including any replies it drafts on your behalf.

7. Third-party services & sites

Rexa runs on top of websites you visit and relies on third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Plans & changes

Rexa is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or usage limits in the future; any such changes will be communicated before they apply to you.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexa and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
